Pushback Rack

Pushback Rack provides increased pallet counts while also offering many more pick faces than traditional high-density storage systems like drive-in racking. Each lane flows independently accommodating multiple products per bay.

Pushback Racking operates on the Last-In, First-Out (LIFO) principle per lane. Multiple Pallets are stored on a gravity-fed cart system, allowing retrieval of all pallets from the aisle.

Pushback Racking Systems are ideal for two to six pallet depths and are typically installed against a wall or in back-to-back rows. Pushback Racking Systems are adaptable to prevent building columns from interfering with the packing

Pushback Rack

• Push Back Racking offers higher density storage over Selective Racking layouts.
• Height is only restricted by the lift trucks’ maximum lift height.
• Faster retrieval time – lift trucks are not required to travel down Drive-In tunnels or secondary aisles.
• No special forklifts required – lift trucks never enter the rack.
• Existing Selective Rack and Drive-In Rack Systems can often be retrofitted to support Push Back lanes.
• Ideal for Automatic Retrieval Systems or integration into Pick Towers and Rack supported buildings.
• Accommodates a variety of pallet sizes and types with full frame Trolley Carts.
• Only front beam and rack frames are exposed to lift truck impact.
• Aisle frames can be reinforced for safer forklift movement.
• When grouped by date, allows for FIFO of SKU’s by lane.
