DYNAMIC RACKING
Systems > Racking Systems > Dynamic Systems
Dynamic racking systems utilize inclined rails or rollers to allow pallets or boxes to slide towards the picking direction. Dynamic rack includes pallet flow, carton flow and push back systems. Because dynamic racking allows product to flow via gravity to the pick face, less time and energy is spent retrieving products. This, combined with high storage density and easier restocking, results in faster picking and less travel time.

Pushback Rack provides the increased pallet counts of Drive In systems, while significantly decreasing the time required to access the pallets at the back of the system.
Pallet Flow Racking operates on the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) principle per lane. Multiple Pallets are loaded at one end of a gravity-flow roller system, allowing retrieval of all pallets from the opposite end of the lane.
Carton Flow Rack systems offer increased selectivity per bay for small items, and are ideal for FIFO stock rotation, or used in conjunction with overhead pallet storage for overstock.
A North American Steel warehouse shuttle cart system allows a semi-automated shuttle cart to transport (shuttle) items into your pallet racking.
